Torpedo top ESL Nordic Nationals

Inferno Online in Stockholm, Sweden played a host to ESL Nordic Nationals Winter 2015 Finals this weekend, from which Torpedo have come out victorious after defeating No Problem! in the grand final.

Eight teams gathered at Inferno Online in Stockholm to fight in the ESL Nordic Nationals Winter 2015 Finals, which had €15,000 on the line in prizemoney.

The tournament started with a best-of-one GSL-style group stage, barring the best-of-three decider. ROCCAT and No Problem! came out on top of their respective groups, with CSGOBESTPOT.com and Torpedo securing the other semi-final spots.

Torpedo surprise No Problem! at ESL Nordic Nationals

In one of the semi-final matchups, Simon "⁠downie⁠" Storm's Torpedo overpowered the Finns on two maps, while No Problem!, who also featured SK's Casper "⁠cadiaN⁠" Møller, did the same on the other with CSGOBESTPOT.com.

The two then met in the best-of-three grand final, where the Danish squad started off by taking the lead in the series by winning a narrow de_cbble. de_mirage went Torpedo's way in a similar manner before the Swedes took the title with little to no problems on de_cache, 16-5.
